Today I’m starting Seven Days of Self-Love. Are you in?
Slacking on self-care a bit over the summer made me really feel the difference that The Sixty Days of Self-Care Challenge made in my life. I don’t know about you, but I could definitely use a little motivation to step it up. If seven days sounds doable, I’d love it if you’d join in!
It feels like a good time to start, to prevent the winter blues from setting in, and to get some good habits started before the holidays.
Feel free to start anytime though! Same guidelines apply as with #sixtydaysofselfcare – The term self-love is just feeling more nourishing to me at the moment – and I think we could all use a little more love. (Find more info here / basically – do at least one thing that nourishes your mind, body & soul everyday)

Remember – this is not a selfish act. When people see you giving yourself love, it makes them feel better about doing the same. It creates a ripple effect. Plus – it keeps you accountable so you won’t give up on yourself! *Added bonus: Taking part in this *will*make you more radiant. Believe me, people can feel it when you take the time to give yourself love.*
