I’m here celebrating the last few minutes of my birthday. It’s been a great one full of lots of love + some of my guiltiest pleasures.
I spent part of the day drinking tea & printing on some beautiful tan rives bfk paper I bought a while ago but never used.
You can find the prints in etsy my shop. I want to share the love, so I created a coupon code for you that will be good until midnight eastern time tomorrow (3/5) https://www.etsy.com/shop/TheLotusRoot
Use the coupon code MARCHINGFORTH when checking out in my etsy shop to save 20% off of your entire purchase.
It will most likely be the last coupon I’ll be sending out for a while – I’ll be release my skin care products very soon so keep your eyes peeled for another post from me soon. I have to admit that I’m a nervous to share what I’ve been working on, but I’ve been working hard on it for the last 2 years and know its time to put it out into the world.

Thanks so much to everyone who submitted their great guesses to the giveaway!
Kristen Fagan of Creativestash.com had the right answer – I’m working on herbal eye pillows.
I’ve recycled some t-shirts I had left from last season to create these limited edition herbal / aromatherapy eyepillows. These pillows have the sweet & relaxing scent of lavender and red rose, and are also filled with hops, mugwort, and golden flax seeds. You can find them in my etsy shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/TheLotusRoot
How to use:
Place a pillow over your eyes to help block out light so you’ll get a more restorative sleep.
They’re the perfect tool for meditation – use during savasana (corpse pose in yoga) or to help you catch some Z’s. The aroma of the herbal blend will help you relax and tune out the world around you.
Put your pillow in a zip lock bag and place in the freezer to make it into soothing a cold pack. Sweet Dreams!
